Honda Unicorn is the first motorcycle

in the Indian market. It is attractively styled
and incorporates many cutting-edge technologies.
Honda Unicorn is equipped with extremely refined
and responsive 150cc engine. This smooth revving
engine has been infused with a high torque characteristic
that makes the Unicorn one of the most fuel-efficient
in its class. The high torque available at low rpm
levels also reduces the necessity of frequent switching
to a lower gear in city riding conditions. The Unicorn's
150cc engine develops a peak torque of 1.3 Kg-m
at an astonishingly low 5,500 rpm.
Honda Unicorn has been loaded with a host of technological
features such as a constant velocity carburettor,
a two-way air jacket, roller rocker arm, multi-mapping,
pulse exhaust system and an offset crank. These
features result in excellent pick-up and a smooth
delivery of power in all speed and rpm ranges. Unicorn
also has a digital CDI ignition with multi-mapping
for better engine performance.
Honda Unicorn is the first motorcycle in India with
the hi-tech Mono Suspension that enables riding
comfort and control. Mono-suspension is better than
the traditional twin shockers as it provides better
handling and more consistent cushioning at the rear.
Honda Unicorn's other useful features include a
puncture resistant Tuff-up tube and tyre combination
at the rear; storage space under the seat; and sturdy,
thickset winkers for better visibility and roadworthiness.
