The sleek 5-door hatchback will have more spacious interior because of the longer wheelbase than its predecessors. The new Hyundai i20 is designed at European Design Center in Russelsheim, Germany.

The new car from Hyundai is designed to match global vehicle standards and boast of having better driving dynamics. In India Hyundai i20 will be manufactured at Hyundai Motor India's manufacturing facility in Chennai, which aligns with Hyundai Motors India Ltd.'s plans of making India their small car manufacturing hub.
